But, there seems to be a few other things I failed to similar to. 1.) you need to set the timer to place it on. The lid doesn't somewhat fit accompanying basket in. Just somewhat awkward. three.) You can not store it along oil in it. We sold this as an improve to our older unit. It comes along 3 baskets which could be very nice, warmths up in an inexpensive amount of time. Problem is in recovery time. Once you place something in the oil, eg fries, the oil temp drops like a rock and selects without end to return again up. The oil temp drops with regard to 75 degs. instantly. Temp probe was off by 50 deg.
It does what it is supposed to just no longer very neatly. I recommend spending a few more $$$ on a niceer unit. If you've got your heart set on this 1, buy the unit with out the digital controls. The way they are setup is terrible in design and renders the timer pointless.
